Will Carr is a strategic visionary and counselor who brings 26 years of professional counseling and leadership expertise to the Ascend & Thrive program. As Executive Director of Breath of Life Inc. and Founder of Carr Consulting, Willie specializes in strengthening families, organizations, and executive teams through deep relational work and cultural transformation.

Drawing from his background as an Edinboro University athlete, member of the Carr family honored in the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, and NFL training camp invitee, Willie integrates athletic discipline with counseling expertise. His work focuses on helping business leaders, families, and organizations resolve deep-seated conflicts.
